The place is covered with lights that go on and off in time with syncopated music. Every year it takes him about a month to set up roughly 270 LED strings and program the music. But he says the payoff is the reaction the show gets from kids. “There aren’t that many things out there that are free and fun, so I’m glad this is one of them,” Rodriguez said. “It’s fun to watch people come by.”
