But what’s even more fun than seeing these bizarre homes is getting to meet the kooks who had them built. [Stream Extreme Homes on Netflix] This is a must-watch, especially if you’re stuck on the freezing East Coast this winter. But aside from providing a sense of false warmth, Beachfront Bargain Hunt may be the most inspiring show streaming right now.

Featuring (mostly) successful retirees looking to spend the last decades of their lives amongst the sand and surf, Beachfront Bargain Hunt is pure motivation to finally get your 401K squared away and invest in some high-risk mutual funds so you can reap similar rewards in the later years of your awesome life.
