This is anchored by the 20' tall, multi-yard construct of a sleigh with reindeer. There's no cost (it's a neighborhood, not an official attraction) and no real traffic (all the times I've gone). You just drive slowly through and keep the windows down so the kids can enjoy it. Often you'll see residents in their yards waving to impressed onlookers.
